Im back...

but where is home?

Ive been in the US for two and a half days now. Im anything but readjusted. I cry and dont know why half the time but they say that reverse culture shock often hits harder than the initial culture shock of the other country. I'm living proof of that. But I'll be off to Kentucky for a three day concert and that should take my mind off things. My poor brother will probably have to deal with a bit of crying though. But if I'm going to be crying in a car, he'll be good to have by my side.

Natalie: What is it about studying abroad that makes one comfortable in their own skin?
Me: Well, you are taking away from everything that is familiar and known to you and put in a country where, execpt for the few things you brought with you placed in a room that isnt yours and is new, everything is strange and unknown. Your skin is all you really have so you better get use to it.

This is Ruth (Natalie) and I holding mate and with an Argetine flag behind us (Gabriel and Diego are holding it). Argentina won this first game of the world cup and I was blessed to watch it on tv with Argentines.

Well, if anyone knows of a good job or decent place to work, I'm on the market.
